Bar Information​
When renting our space you are required to choose one of our packages. We offer a wide range of beverage packages to fit the tastes of any party, all served by our licensed bartenders. We will work diligently to ensure you select the best package to suit your event. Please contact us for more details on our beverage package options.
Please note: Per Wisconsin Law, outside alcoholic beverages of any kind are not permitted at The Barn On Prairie.

Preferred Vendors​

At this time we do not have any preferred vendors as we are brand new and would love to meet local vendors of your choice. We only ask that you have a licensed and insured caterer and DJ. Please inquire about any information on the local vendors we have loved working with.
PLEASE NOTE PER WISCONSIN STATE LAW, CARRY INS OF OUTSIDE BEVERAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IS PROHIBITED – ALL BEVERAGE SERVICE MUST BE PROVIDED BY OUR PROFESSIONAL, LICENSED BAR STAFF. ALL HOSTED BEVERAGE INVOICES ARE SUBJECT TO A 5.5% SALES TAX AND 22% SERVICE FEE. SERVICE CHARGES ARE APPLIED TO LABOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EXPENSES AND ARE NOT A GRATUITY. GRATUITY IS LEFT ENTIRELY TO THE DISCRETION OF THE EVENT HOST.
